Project Scope: 12 Fully Equipped Villas

Hardware Infrastructure Used: Optimus (Actuator, Switch and Touch Panel Systems)

Project Summary: In this project consisting of 12 villas, we have brought together all critical functions of the living spaces under a single smart home roof with international KNX standards. By successfully blending traditional systems with modern automation architecture, we offer homeowners seamless control both from within their homes and from anywhere in the world.

Functions Integrated into the System

• Hybrid Lighting Management: Conventional and KNX-based smart switches are combined within a single scenario to provide seamless control of lighting.

• Infrastructure and Security Control: The operation of electricity, water, and gas valves has been centralized into a centralized security system by directly integrating them into the Optimus Touch Panel and mobile application.

• Air Conditioning and Outdoor Lighting: Combi systems and outdoor/environmental lighting have been integrated into the smart automation network.

• Specific Area Automation: Specific needs, such as laundry drying fans, are integrated into the central panel and accessible remotely.

Technical Solution and Implementation

The most significant engineering achievement in this project is the seamless synchronization of the KNX physical switches on site, the wall-mounted Optimus Touch panels, and the mobile application. Any status change made at any point on the system (e.g., turning off a light from a mobile device) is reflected across all interfaces within milliseconds, providing the user with a stable and smooth experience. Thanks to the correct ETS programming and device communication architecture, a highly responsive, long-lasting, and stable automation network has been implemented in all 12 villas.
